Knock Knock….Pizza Guy……

A friend of mine’s daughter recently got swimmer’s ear – oddly enough, not from doing laps but from the wind blowing while she was playing in the ocean. I never knew you could get swimmers ear not from swimming but from the SEA Breeze, so when my friend told me about this fact I had only one thing to say to her…..

“THATS why I don’t go in the Ocean! Don’t you know SHARKS live in there??”

Another friend just told me he was swimming laps in the Ocean Sunday night after 7:00 P.M. and the very next day he was told about two shark sightings that occurred over the weekend in the same exact area where he had been swimming. (During the DAYlight no less NOT during DUSK =ie feeding hours).

I had only one thing to say to him……..

“THATS why I don’t go in the Ocean! Don’t you know SHARKS live in there??”

Look, it’s pretty simple:

When someone enters MY home I am always a gracious hostess and immediately greet them.

it is not ROCKET science – just BASIC science – or NATURE- to expect to be greeted by ocean life when entering THEIR home.

Lesson Learned:

Respect the order of Nature as it’s Mother intended it to be.

Isn’t it enough that we have LEGAL texting drivers on our streets, alligators in our backyards and snakes in our pools? Do we REALLY have to get off the DRY LAND to face any additional Risks???
