This is my all time favorite and easiest snack/treat/breakfast/after party binge food ever!
It’s so healthy, satisfying and delicious but best pat is that you can add almost any varieties of the following options to cater to your specific taste:
1 cup Greek Plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup chopped almonds or cashews (any nut will do!)
1 tbsp. almond butter (or peanut- just make sure its all natural NO SKIPPY!)
Cinnamon/stevia (to taste)
½ cup rolled oats
Mix together all ingredients and freeze for 10 minutes.
Feel free to add any other fruit or nut butter so yum!
