Grocery List

So here’s the grocery list:

Raw nuts, Nut butters (remember no cane sugar or added anything only ingredient has to be nuts)

Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries

Apples, Pears

Watermelon, pineapple, peaches, nectarines

Greens, lettuce, spinach, kale

Carrots, squash

Avocado

Fish, chicken, turkey (Note: no deli and no red meat)

Lox

Eggs, liquid egg whites

Stevia, cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, sea salt and any spice you desire

100% rolled oats

Sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa

Olive oil, Coconut oil, Olive oil spray
